About Citywide Building Services
Citywide Building Services began in 1986 and is founded, owned and operated by Peter Koletas. Peter began his building career working for his father doing extensions, renovations and industrial factories. At the age of 16, he was registered by the MBAV and The Housing Guarantee Fund, at the time the youngest in Victoria. He started Citywide Building Services when he was 21 years old in Keilor and has driven it to be the success that it is.
Now based in Williamstown, Peter prides himself and his business on its customer service. He believes in ‘old fashioned’ service, the kind that includes communicating with the client, the architects, the trades, the engineers and councils to ensure everyone knows the process and the progress behind each project. The repeat business he has achieved through his active participation and relationship building with his clients is a testament to his integrity, eye for detail and his communication.
Citywide Building Services can provide you with a full service from the design and construction to coordinating everything from permit approval to final council inspections. We like to work on projects that have interesting challenges – it could be a quick deadline or innovative design elements, whatever it is, we will keep our promise to make what you need ‘happen.’
